Every log sofa and lounge chair is constructed using 3 inch diameter logs that are mortise and tenoned and glued together for maximum strength. The log ends of the log sofa and lounge chair are attached to the back and seat sections using a metal insert and bolt, not lag bolts which work loose over time. Every log is hand scalloped using a draw knife to give the log sofa and lounge chair its own unique character. Their are three sets--a back and seat-- of 24 inch wide cushions on the log sofa and one set on the log chair. The cushions have  6 inch thick high density foam which provide support and will stand up to constant use.
